Reschedule or cancel any visit with 48 hours' notice at no charge. Inside 48 hours a 50% fee applies, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. If someone at home has a contagious illness, there's never a fee.
How is my price determined?
Your price is based on square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of clean, how often you book, and any add-ons. Recurring plans save 10% every 4 weeks, 15% every 2 weeks, or 20% weekly, starting with your second visit (the first visit is the regular price). Not sure of your square footage? Give your best estimate and it gets confirmed before your first clean.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Your pro brings every professional-grade product and tool, including the vacuum. Supplies are always included in your price.
When am I charged?
The team takes your card by phone or sends a secure payment link, and it's charged only after your clean is complete. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Do I need to be home?
Totally up to you. Share a door code, lockbox, or key, or stay home if you prefer. Either way works.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome. Just share how to handle yours and whether they tend to slip out when doors open. Nervous pets are happiest in a separate room during the clean.
